Resumo: Em meio à crise que marca o início do século XXI, como crise do sistema político parlamentar e partidário, a política emerge como “arte de fundar ou mudar o mundo”. Esta não se identifica com o discurso pós moderno dofluxo midiático, tampouco com o pessimismo dos filósofos que profetizama “dominação global” e inevitável do capitalismo. A política, ao contrário, é sempre interminável, conspira com a história. Ela é profana e, portanto, inconciliável com a ordem.

Eulogy of profane politics as strategic art

Abstract: Amid the crisis that marks the beginning of the twentieth first century, a crisis of the parliamentary and partisan political systems, politics emerges as “the art of founding or changing the world”. It is not identified with postmodern discourse and neither with the philosophical pessimism that professes the “global domination” of capitalisnt Politics, by contrast, is always endless, conspires with history. It is profane, and therefore irreconcilable with the order.
